■ Story Introduction

  • Setting of the story—A world different from here, inhabited by eight different races. The story takes place in the "Uchronia United Kingdom," located in a corner of this world. The kingdom flourished due to its heroic first king, and the royal family, inheriting powerful magic, annexed various countries, establishing a unified United Kingdom. However, it gradually became corrupt over the long years and has now degenerated into a "nation without virtue," torn apart by inequality and discrimination. In the vast kingdom, besides the rampant dangerous animals, mysterious monsters called "humans" also appear, and no place outside the cities is safe. Amid such circumstances, the prince and king of the Uchronia Kingdom are assassinated, and chaos and unrest spread throughout the ruler-less kingdom.

■ Prologue

  • A boy and a fairy embark on a journey to lift the curse—The protagonist is a boy of the "Elda Tribe," a minority race despised by the world. To lift the curse placed on the kingdom's prince, he sets out on a journey with his fairy companion "Gallica." There is only one way to lift the curse that erodes life and kills the prince—"kill the caster of the curse." On this journey across the vast continent, the boy meets many people, forms bonds, and ultimately learns the truth behind the kingdom. And the journey begins with a "great event" that shakes the entire kingdom.

  • Story Synopsis

"Forced Election Magic" triggers a battle for the throne—

It has been over a decade since the prince, the heir to the Uchronia United Kingdom, was assassinated. Now, even the king has fallen by the sword, and with no heir, the kingdom has lost its ruler and plunged into chaos. Who will be the next king? The leader of the national religion, the "Holy Church"? The lords of neighboring countries? Or the military leaders...? Amid the turmoil where the powerful eye the throne, the king's funeral is held as scheduled, but an unexpected "magic" is activated at the national funeral venue.

On the upcoming "Hero's Day" in October... my soul will truly leave this world. The person who gathers the most public trust before this day will qualify to become the next king. Suddenly, the voice of the deceased king echoes in the sky. The king, at the cost of his life, activated a grand magic that allows the entire nation to compete for the throne through a national vote. The people are thrown into great confusion by the unprecedented situation of "choosing the king by public opinion." But the protagonist, determined to fulfill his mission, decides to join the battle for the throne. Thus begins the battle for the throne that sweeps the entire kingdom. Along the journey, various companions gather around the protagonist. A grand journey of world transformation awaits them.

■ Royal Power Competition IntroductionUnder the activation of the "election magic," which states, "the person who gains the most public support within the stipulated time can become the next king," the kingdom falls into an unprecedented chaotic situation where anyone can become a candidate for the king. For the people of the United Kingdom who have no election experience, gaining public support is not an easy task. Therefore, the leader of the national religion, the "Holy Church,"—Foden, who holds great power in the country, announces that a "Royal Power Competition" will be held, allowing candidates to demonstrate their strength and gain public support. The candidates participating in the "Royal Power Competition" must visit the major cities of the United Kingdom, overcome severe challenges, and demonstrate their strength to the people. The first destination is the ocean city of Blyph. The task that the candidates must complete here is to compete in the "Hero Selection Meeting" for the size of the monster heads they hunt. The candidates who pass this stage will move on to the next city—the mountain city of Altaville, to challenge the next task. Finally, they will return to the capital, Grand Tolado.
