The G1-style aesthetic design looks really cool, but Transformers: Origins makes it very hard for the audience to tell who is who in the action scenes. The conflict between Optimus Prime and Megatron could have been made more dramatic, but Transformers: Origins is only satisfied with various puns and difficult-to-discern battles. Clearly, this film still needs significant improvements to showcase deeper value.
